I bought my last pair of glasses about a year and a half ago. About 8 months later two fuzzy circles appeared on both lens in the same place. I went back to the opthomologist and it took two weeks before I got them back. I had the scratch coat and insurance. In another 8 months the fuzzy balls have reappeared with a new fuzzy area where the two lens meet on the bi-focals. I have had glasses for 25 years and never ever had this problem. Never had a scratch at all! I'm wondering if there is some kind of scam going on; you pay for the insurance and coating but it's never done. It could be the doctor or it could be the company that does the lens. I just don't know. Obviously they didn't replace the lens the first time. Any ideas? or suggestions? Who can I report this to?
